Requirements:

Administrative Assistant
(Entry Level)

     Description: 

Administrative Professionals aid in the internal functions of PLDLS officials and directors. Duties range from clerical, secretarial, enterprise, and administrative work.

     Responsibilities:

Please note that the specific responsibilities may vary depending on the government agency's size, structure, and departmental needs. Administrative assistants are often integral to the smooth operation of government agencies, providing vital support to ensure efficient and effective administration.

Include but not limited to:

  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents. Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and order replenishments as needed.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and postal mail. Schedule and coordinate meetings

  • Draft, edit, and proofread official correspondence, reports, and memos.

  • Accurately managing record-keeping and databases using PLDLS compliance protocol 

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements, and Promise Loan disbursements 

  • Report  any suspicious activity of officers or employees who do not seem aligned with the PLDLS’s mission 


     Requirements: 

  • Must be at least 16  years old and a legal resident of the United States 

  • Strong sense of responsibility and vigilance to the safety of the community.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Ability to work overnight and overtime hours

Biotechnology Expert
(Senior Level)

     Description: 

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and seasoned Senior Biotechnology Expert to spearhead and make substantial contributions to our pioneering research endeavors within the Freedom Canine Program and forthcoming development initiatives. The perfect candidate will possess an extensive grasp of cutting-edge biotechnological breakthroughs and a well-documented history of delivering impactful innovations within the industry.

     Responsibilities:

Please note that the specific responsibilities may vary depending on the government agency's size, structure, and departmental needs. Administrative assistants are often integral to the smooth operation of government agencies, providing vital support to ensure efficient and effective administration.

Include but not limited to:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis in biotechnology, staying current with industry trends and advancements.

  • Lead testing and engineering research on live specimens within the Freedom Canine program
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, optimize, and validate biotechnology-based solutions that address specific Canine needs.

  • Prototyping and Testing: Take a hands-on approach to prototype and test biotechnology-based tools, ensuring they meet rigorous performance, reliability, and safety standards required for government defense applications. Troubleshoot and iterate as necessary.

  • Lead research on quadrupedal robotic defense systems (Freedom Canine Program) 

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including biologists, engineers, chemists, and military personnel, to develop innovative biotechnology solutions aligned with defense program objectives.


     Requirements: 

  • A strong background in biotechnology with a master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field; demonstrates a deep understanding of molecular biology, engineering, and bioprocessing techniques.

  • Experience in quadrupedal robotic defense systems 

  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing biotechnology research and development in defense, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and ethical practices.

  • Proven experience working on biotechnology projects for government defense or security programs, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing biotechnological tools and solutions for defense applications.

Disposition Assistant 
(Entry/Mid Level)

     Description: 

As a Disposition Assistant, you will assist with the dignified and compassionate handling of departed citizens post reduction ceremonies. This role involves supporting your local Disposition Expert and local mayoral officials in preparing and adequately disposing of departed citizens, ensuring that all tasks are carried out with the utmost respect and professionalism.

     Responsibilities:

Please note that the specific responsibilities may vary depending on the government agency's size, structure, and departmental needs. Administrative assistants are often integral to the smooth operation of government agencies, providing vital support to ensure efficient and effective administration.

Include but not limited to:

  • Help affected cities collect, remove, and dispose of departed individuals

  • Work swiftly under a tight weekly schedule 

  • Assist with paperwork, filing, and documentation related to city disposition including, number of departed, location, and disposition type 

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and standard


     Requirements: 

  • At least 16 years of age 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Physical fitness, as the role may involve lifting and moving departed citizens

  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Freedom Phone Operator
(Entry Level)

     Description: 

Seeking compassionate citizens to apply for our Freedom Phone Operator program. Phone operators are crucial in weekly reduction ceremonies. Freedom Phone Operators are responsible for contacting mayoral leaders and informing them of their survival status during weekly reductions. For cities chosen for a reduction, Freedom Phone Operators are responsible for instilling the next steps, including describing Freedom Canine arrival to mayoral leaders and the disposition of citizens post reduction.  Announce city reduction notices each week and give instructions for city reduction. Phone operators are crucial in providing support and empathy to cities receiving distressing information.

     Responsibilities:

Administrative assistants are often integral to the smooth operation of government agencies, providing vital support to ensure efficient and effective administration.

Include but not limited to:

  • Be prepared to handle emotional reactions, such as anger, sadness, or shock, from the recipients of cities who have been chosen for a reduction 

  • Handle high-pressure phone calls within a limited amount of time 

  • Maintain your emotional well-being by seeking support from colleagues or supervisors when dealing with difficult calls


     Requirements: 

  • At least 21 years of age 

  • Prior Customer service experience 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.

  • Awareness of the emotional impact of delivering bad news and the ability to manage one's own emotions.

  • Awareness of self-care strategies to prevent burnout.

Freedom Canine Transport Pilot
(Senior Level)

     Description: 

As a Freedom Canine Transport Pilot, you will be critical in safely and efficiently transporting Freedom Canines and equipment to designated cities and regions chosen for a reduction. You will ensure the secure delivery of vital resources and assets to support the implementation of the PLDLS.

     Responsibilities:

Please note that the specific responsibilities may vary depending on the government agency's size, structure, and departmental needs. Administrative assistants are often integral to the smooth operation of government agencies, providing vital support to ensure efficient and effective administration.

Include but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with ground crews and mission planners to develop flight plans, including routes, altitudes, and fuel requirements.

  • Supervise the loading and unloading of Freedom Canine, equipment, and supplies onto the aircraft.

  • Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe flight

  • Pick up/removal of Freedom Canines both before and after city reductions


     Requirements: 

  • At least 18 years of age 

  • Commercial Pilot's License (CPL) with appropriate military qualifications.

  • Extensive experience as a pilot, preferably with experience in flying large military transport aircraft.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations.

  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, navigation systems, and emergency procedures.
